Return policy
We you're delighted with your items; however, we have a strict no returns or refund policy as re-selling consumable products is to high risk and we wouldn’t be comfortable purchasing or selling any item already handled by a consumer. In the event our product is malfunctioning or otherwise compromised. Please contact us by email and we’ll consider sending a replacement.
Damaged Items:
Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of shipment being delivered.
In the unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, simply begin the return process by contacting us (WeLitDivery@outlook.com) and we will take care of shipping costs to receive the item back to our warehouse. Please note, you may be required to provide proof of damaged product before a replacement is approved. Once we have received the item back your replacement will be mailed within 48 business hours.
Important: All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.
Imperfection Warning: Many of the items for sale on We Lit Delivery are hand made products. These products are individually hand crafted and may contain small imperfections such as slight discoloration, small air bubbles, asymmetric percolators, and more. Return shipping charges will not be pre-paid for items being returned with imperfections due to the glass blowing or hand made manufacturing process. If you are unsatisfied with these imperfections, you may still return the product but and a replacement will be sent. Imperfections will be considered at the discretion of we lit delivery
Incorrect/Missing Items:
Incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of shipment being delivered.
While we take every care to ensure that you are sent the correct items, mistakes can occasionally be made. If you find that you have received the wrong products we will happily replace them with the correct items at no charge to yourself. Simply start the return process by contacting us (WeLitDelivery@outlook.com). You will then be provided with a pre-paid shipping label to ship the incorrect item(s) back to us. Once we've received the items back to our warehouse, we will ship out your replacement item(s) within 48 hours.
Please note: All returns must be received back to our warehouse in new, UNUSED condition.
